Enigma Hockey Returns and Refunds Policy
At Enigma Hockey, we are committed to your satisfaction with our products. Please review our Returns and Refunds Policy to understand how we handle returns and refunds for our products.
1. Returns Eligibility
Sticks: Our sticks come with a 30-day manufacturing warranty. If your stick breaks due to a manufacturing defect within this period and not as a result of wear and tear, slashing, cross-checking, blocking shots, or other misuse, you may be eligible for a return.
Gloves, Socks, Skins: We do not accept returns on gloves, socks, or skins due to the nature of these products, which are subject to wear and tear during use.
2. Initiating a Return
If you believe your stick is eligible for a return under our 30-day manufacturing warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at enigmahockey91@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Provide details about the issue and any relevant photos if possible.
- Return Authorization: Once we verify that your return is eligible, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.
- The returned stick must be in its original condition, including any accessories, packaging, and labels.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the stick to us unless otherwise specified by our customer support team.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for your return.
- Upon receiving the returned stick, we will inspect it to determine if the issue is covered under our 30-day manufacturing warranty.
- If the stick is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will issue a refund or provide a replacement, as per your preference.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the date of receiving the returned item.
